Disability Awareness Training
How many of my customers or employees have a disability? What am I supposed to do when a customer with a disability comes into my store?
You may be surprised to learn about the prevalence of disability in your own community. We can share this information, as well as "disability etiquette," with your staff. Running a business, you need to know what to expect and to be prepared to respond to a variety of needs. We offer an interactive training that offers participants first-hand experience with some of the obstacles individuals with disabilities face every day. We also demonstrate creative ways to overcome those obstacles. We can tailor trainings to meet the needs of your business.
