Students in Transition Achieving Goals Empowered and Self-confident
_STAGES participants are young people with disabilities who have been
referred by teachers, parents and various agencies throughout
mid-Michigan. Students meet with transition specialists in small group
or one-on-one settings during normal school hours.
Students gain self-confidence and develop skills that enable them to live and work independently when they leave school. Throughout the year, participants prepare for the challenges and opportunities of responsible adulthood. |
