- Help us empower a young person with a disability to learn the necessary skills to become independent adults
- Help us transition a person with a disability from a nursing facility back to their own home in the community where they can engage with their friends, neighbors, church, etc.
- Help us assist someone with a newly acquired disability to see possibilities for themselves through our Peer Support program
- Help us create accessible and inclusive communities where everyone can live, work, and play
