MI Options Program

Provides trained Person-Centered Options Counselors for individuals, families, and caregivers.
Helps people make informed decisions about long-term supports and services (LTSS).
Streamlines access to LTSS for everyone, regardless of funding source.

Person-Centered Options Counseling

Focuses on the individual’s personal goals, desires, strengths, and values.
Broader in scope than formal program assessments or eligibility determinations.
Uses an interactive and unbiased process to explore available supports.
