2018 Summer STAGES Youth Program

Students bowling

The Summer STAGES youth program celebrates its sixteenth year this June. Students have the chance to participate in events focusing on employment, independent living skill building, and recreation. Students tour local businesses, engage in skill-building exercises, have the opportunity to partake in volunteer days, in addition to numerous social and recreational activities. On the recreational side, students can attend a Great Lakes Loons baseball game, tour Bay City on a River Boat ride, visit the Holocaust Museum and the Saginaw Zoo, bowling, Putt-Putt, morning walks, bike riding, High Ropes & Horseback riding at Camp Fowler, swimming at Plymouth Pool, and more! In addition, 2pm-4pm on Wednesdays throughout the summer, students can make use of our "Hang Out" at 3921 Todd Street in Midland.

Registration for the STAGES program is due by June 1st and is open to youth ages 14-26. Please contact Lowell Gisel at 989-835-4041 for information on applying. We are very excited about another summer of STAGES and we hope to see you!

**Note, registration for many events stays open until the date of the event. While we certainly encourage as many registrations before the June 1st deadline, please do not hesitate to contact us if you would still like to participate but were unable to register before June 1st.
